The system allows the rack to communicate with the winder. The machine is interconnected with the office, allowing the exchange of data and information. The rack helps the operator in the winding process and offers greater safety thanks to the new safety system.

All data for winding operations can be sent directly from the sales office or from the warehouse management system. The operator will therefore only have to insert the cable inside the meter and fix it on the spool.

Machines adapted for online winding with extrusion systems. Thanks to their different implementations, such as the linear piston dancer and the asynchronous motor/reducer kit, these machines are capable of continuous and extended operation with extruders, winding at the speed of the extruders.
