A single machine designed to produce both coils and drums. Its versatility allows handling a wide range of cables, ropes and hoses. This solution enables a single operator to perform daily measuring operations in cable warehouses.

Rapid coiling head features

  • Coiling head already integrated into the machine;
  • Retractable lever coiling head for quick coil removal;
  • Cylindrical core during winding and conical during extraction to facilitate coil removal;
  • Shaft with cones for small drums (by removing the coiling head it is possible to use the 30 mm diameter shaft to package small drums with steel cones).

Drum winder features

  • Steel shaft with cones;
  • Drum locking cone with handle for quick tightening;
  • Drum loading by inserting the shaft into the drum hole by moving the machine;
  • Drum lifting with manual hydraulic pump;
  • Trolley complete with 4 wheels, 2 swivel with brake;
  • Protection with CE compliant guards.

Meter features

  • Measuring device for round cables with diameter from 3 to 50 mm (error margin + 1-2%);
  • Rubber-coated measuring wheel for better grip and improved measurement;
  • Mechanical counter with manual reset;
  • Manual cable layering through guides and sliders;
  • Layering handle positioned on machine side according to safety regulations;
  • On models Wire 1200Q9 and Wire 1200Q13 the Supermetal meter code 120 for diameter from 3 to 60 is integrated.
